OUR PROPRIETARY PLATFORM, WEVE
We've been building live virtual game tech since 2001, and Weve is the engine we built in-house instead of licensing someone else's. One host, one shared screen, 10 to 2,000 participants in a single room, or up to 10,000 across five locations in real time, with synced scoring and live leaderboards driving the drama as it happens.
Distributed teams, in-office conference rooms, and fully remote attendees all play on the same scoreboard. Add a seasoned MC with real comedy chops reading the room in real time, and a Zoom call turns into a show your team actually talks about the next morning.
Built for Distributed Teams
Bring everyone together, remote employees, hybrid offices, and global teammates all play in one shared, live experience.
Live, Hosted, Energetic
Every virtual team building event is run by a professional MC on our Weve platform, so the energy stays high from the first round to the last leaderboard.
Zero Awkward Zoom Silences
Custom games, real-time scoring, and on-screen visuals replace the usual Zoom drag, so your team is laughing, competing, and bonding within minutes.
“We're back for this next event because of how amazing the August event was. The platform made a huge difference!!! The scribe feature, the rooms, the audio. The best game we've ever done!! And we have done many! In other events we've done, what's missing is connection with other people. With your platform, everyone got to participate and get to know other people.”

Questions to help you plan
Do kit-based virtual events also have an MC?
Yes. Kit-based virtual experiences have an MC. Your event team will confirm the kit contents and delivery arrangements for the selected experience.
What technology do participants need?
Review our technical requirements before the event and share them with attendees. Confirm device, browser, network, camera, and audio arrangements with your producer, especially when participants join from a company-managed network.
Can teammates join from different time zones?
Yes. Choose a live event time that works for the participating time zones and include the time zone in invitations. If everyone cannot attend together, discuss separate sessions with your event team.
How do we budget for a virtual event?
Start with the cost guide and your expected headcount. Confirm the selected game, duration, customization, and any kit shipping before finalizing the budget.
