At Clario’s team event at The National WWII Museum in New Orleans, 200 employees didn’t just play a game, they played it forward. We designed an immersive, mission based Give Back Game experience inspired by The Go Game’s charity focused adventures, where competition meets community impact and teamwork builds something meaningful. With Catapult leading the creative and production strategy, and The Go Game facilitating the activation on-site, the result of this experience fully engaged the fans without feeling like a lecture. Diageo wanted to show that celebrating responsibly could be fun, memorable, and part of the game day experience. Partnering with Mothers Against Drunk Driving and the NFL, the goal was to help fans understand that taking just a minute to plan ahead is one of the smartest plays they can make.

Some kickoffs feel like a lecture with free snacks. Apryse’s was not one of them. They wanted energy, connection, and a few big laughs and that’s exactly what they got.

Conferences are long. Faculty brains were fried. Western Governors University needed something big, bold, and bright to shake off the Salt Lake City conference haze . So they called us in.

W.S. Connelly, the go-to experts in landscape and turf solutions for everyone from groundskeepers to golf courses, decided to shake up the holiday season with a wildly fun and interactive event—Holiday Networking Bingo—on December 20th, 2024. Bringing together around 150 employees from 16 branches across the Southeast and Midwest, the event took full advantage of The Go Game’s Weve app, which transformed the usual workday into a one-hour frenzy of creative chaos.

Have you ever experienced a corporate event that combines philanthropy with creativity, all while celebrating a shared mission? Imagine a gathering where attendees don cowboy hats, recreate iconic art poses, and contribute to a meaningful cause—all in the vibrant atmosphere of Las Vegas! Well, that’s exactly what we achieved with Boot Barn at their latest event, their third collaboration with us. After a fun lip dub a couple of years ago and a spirited game show earlier this year, we took their vision to new heights at the Southpoint Casino and Resort. This time, the event centered around giving back, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Attendees dove into our Classic Adventure, where they recreated iconic art poses and scenes from historical ballets, all while snapping fun photos at their very own western saloon installation. The energy was contagious, sparking laughter and camaraderie among participants.

50 folks from the USA Marketing Division of Ericsson descended upon The Star in Dallas Texas for a dose of team building for their annual gathering. Here's the testimonial from the organizer.

Have you ever been to a conference where your CEO serenades you from a rolling disco ball? Or staged an epic team music video to some top trendy hits? We’re sure you’ve at least created a 2,000 person art project by throwing paint-filled objects at a projectile art wall.

The Navan People Development Team brings together new hires from the US and EMEA in person to learn more about the company, its culture, to hear from executives, and play The Go Game. New hires get creative during the Classic Adventure scavenger hunt, take funny pictures, and play head-to-heads, all focused around getting to know more about Navan while exploring their new office space.

For their 2023 SKO, Workday wanted to take their theme of "Elevate" to an eleven. So they brought us in to create a custom Adventure experience throughout the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. We upgraded the venue to include a dedicated karaoke space, macaroon shop, racetrack, and large custom props and sets. We had a flash mob, fake casino workers, an 8-piece marching band, 22 Elvis impersonators, a Showgirl-led Glamour Shot Booth, and so many dancing chickens. There were 3,500 players, 375 teams, 8 Game Producers, 60 actors, 10 assistants, and about 3,092,304 moving parts. And after all the dancing, singing, and letting loose, one team was crowned King. "I loved working with the Go Game team! Their creativity and energy really made a big difference in helping to meet all our needs for a rather large and complex Go Game experience. The Go Game producers turned on the creative juices when they were asked to really elevate the missions and make them over the top with actors, props, and just plain fun. Can’t wait until I have an opportunity to work with them again." - Alan Melichar, Senior Account Director - One10 Marketing Want to see what we can do for YOUR event? Let's play.

At Telogical, they absolutely love their employees and feel they have one of the best teams! For that reason, they aim to show their appreciation for their employees everyday, but especially on Employee Appreciation Day. As a virtual company, they thought a fun way to do that would be to host a virtual event through The Go Game in celebration. So their Event Planning Club picked out the Virtual Amazing Race game. It looked like a lot of fun and they have a few employees who are either from other countries, have connections to other countries, or work from there. They had their CEO say a few special words during the event and tried to pick out countries, like Egypt, where they had an employee working from. They also had prizes for the winning teams and a grand prize for the big winner. That big winner gift was a virtual headset with some around the world games. The idea being that he/she could use it to “travel” virtually, and it was still on theme! In connection with the Virtual Amazing Race/around the world theme, they also put together a Sugarwish box of goodies with a unique note to their team and a card. The card was designed to be travel themed, and even had our Telogical logo on the airplane tickets! Everyone got to pick out what they wanted to come in their box (cookies, popcorn, dog treats, etc) and they had those shipped to everyone. They also designed an employee appreciation day t-shirt, and had those shipped to everyone to arrive just before the event so the whole team could wear them! They said "Telogical loves its team" and on the back it had their collaborative quotient core value. "It was a truly special and fun Employee Appreciation Day! The whole team had a really great time in the virtual event and got to engage and hang out with their peers. The Go Game always does such an amazing job at creating engaging and memorable experiences. The hosts are also friendly, genuine, creative, and helpful. We also love the ability to be able to choose from a variety of events for each occasion, and have the opportunity to customize them with pre-recorded videos, etc. In fact, we feel so strongly that The Go Game hosts the best virtual events that we even signed up for the annual subscription!" -Hilary Harrison

The University of Miami is a repeat client and wanted to do something special for Graduate Student Orientation to their campus and cohort! To help them with this, we planned out a Classic Adventure experience, complete with CUSTOM clues all around campus with important campus information, student lore, and University-related trivia. It is an EPIC way to distill important info to students, like where the Student Center is and what it is for, but in game format. And served as a wonderful way for the students to get to know each other and connect. “Part icebreaker, part team building, and all fun! We’ve used The Go Game for several years now to help orient new students to the campus and to each other, so they can get off to a strong start in their project-based teams. Their feedback is always great and it’s become the highlight of our student orientation programming. The Go Game staff is great to work with and we really appreciate their flexible options for virtual, hybrid, or in-person events!”

For their Faculty Development Day, German International School New York wanted to bring some fun to the mix. They were wanting to laugh, be challenged, get to know each other a little better, and work together. Their custom solution was a 90-minute Game Show session with an On-Screen host, followed by a 90-minute break, and then 90-minute Secret Agent Adventure with an On-Screen host and Virtual Award Show. With 75 players, we broke them into 10 teams, and set them loose around the school to complete the missions. This is their first “team-building” event, and everyone loved it so much they're already planning their next one. "We had a great day and our faculty/staff loved it! Our host Alan was the perfect host who answered any questions that came his way. It was great to see our entire faculty/staff laugh, smile, and work so well with one another! -John DiBetta

Atlassian was having a cross-teams meeting, bringing 3 teams together, and flying people in from outside of the Bay Area to participate. That said, a few people couldn't meet in person, and they wanted to do something fun and engaging for both their on-site and remote team members. So we created The Ultimate Combo experience for them. The 40 people in the office participated in a Self-Hosted Classic Adventure, while the 6 remote team members participated in an On-Screen Hosted Game Show, and then everyone got together at the end for a hilarious Virtual Awards Show to share their experiences (and reveal the winners). There was a lot of laughter, a lot of silliness, and the team had an amazing time. “Highly recommended. Teams had lots of fun completing missions and doing H2H challenges. It brings the team closer together.”

For their annual All Staff meetings, where they bring all teams together in person, Sage Bionetworks wanted to bring a bit of fun to the week (as the rest of it is work and sitting in conference rooms all day). They had also recently brought a new CEO on board, and some of the team members hadn't had an opportunity to meet in person yet, so they wanted to provide an informal and effortless way for their teams to connect. Their company is made up of 9 teams (each with a different discipline), and they scrambled them all up so that people could get to know people they don't always interact with. Data scientists make up the majority of their staff, so we had to be mindful with the challenges and trivia questions we compiled to keep the players all on their toes. The result: everyone had an amazing time, and they already want to book us again for their next event. "We had such a fun time! Everyone loved the different types of questions (especially the Price is Right) and this really kept everyone engaged. Bonnie Rose was wonderful and full of energy. We hope to work with The Go Game again in the future, perhaps by trying one of the Scavenger Hunts!" -Kate Harvey

The New School of San Francisco wanted to give their teachers an opportunity to relax and let loose, so they planned a Battle Royale Adventure experience and let their 50 teachers roam around the city completing challenges. The Battle Royal experience is unique in that there are no location-specific clues or challenges, so players had the flexibility to go anywhere (or nowhere at all) and get creative.

The team at Blue Matter Consulting loves to be creative and improvised. So they came to us for our famous Movie Game, and everyone had a blast. They brought props and costumes to really kick the experience up a notch, and every team's final outcome was award-worthy. The group loved the experience so much, they decided to schedule ANOTHER Movie Game with us just a few months later.

Costco's Human Resources Manager wanted to do something special for their team, so they brought us in to host a Secret Agent Adventure to mix things up a bit and have some fun.

Bandwidth was looking to let loose with their team and had scheduled a Self-Hosted Classic Adventure. But the day before the event, the weather looked way too cold to play. So our contact reached out and asked if we could switch it to an indoor game zone. And because we're used to these kinds of hiccups (we have a whole FlexSwitch policy because of them), we were able to accommodate them, no sweat. After getting permission from the North Carolina History museum, our team quickly wrote a new game inside the museum. (Our contact shared photos of the space and highlights and we wrote clues to align.) The whole day was a hit, and everyone stayed warm and cozy. Also, museums proved to be amazing locations for our experiences.

Hormel Chili worked with ITA Group event planners to put together a Retail Managers Meeting in Arizona called Food Forward. They brought us in to bring a bit of fun to the experience and to mix and mingle with coworkers they didn't know.

Expedia wanted to bring their teams together and have some fun, so they planned a Classic Adventure game on the Las Vegas Strip. Our hosts Penny and Seth flew in to guide them through the day, keep everyone engaged and connected, and have a blast. "The Go Game puts together an outstanding, well run team building program. From a planner perspective, there is so little to worry about and coordinate, and it's all done at a competitive and fair price. This is my 4th Go Game experience and every time it's different from the last but an equally great time!"

The Go Game is my 'go-to' game! The level of fun that happens while playing one of their games is awesome and as a group everyone is guaranteed to have a blast! Our group was full of introverts and extroverts, but you wouldn't have known it while playing this game, everyone was having so much fun and really putting themselves out there with some of the challenges. It was nice to let our hair down and just be outside and away from work as a team and doing something that mostly didn't involve work. We got to see each other's creative sides and extend trust to one another when it came to answers to the trivia questions. All in all, a big win for the team, everyone left with HUGE smiles on their faces and commenting how much fun they had! The Go Game has once again shown itself to be best in class! The Go Game team was upbeat, easy to understand, informative and friendly! This was the 2nd time I participated in a Go Game event and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time.
