For their 2023 SKO, Workday wanted to take their theme of "Elevate" to an eleven. So they brought us in to create a custom Adventure experience throughout the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. We upgraded the venue to include a dedicated karaoke space, macaroon shop, racetrack, and large custom props and sets. We had a flash mob, fake casino workers, an 8-piece marching band, 22 Elvis impersonators, a Showgirl-led Glamour Shot Booth, and so many dancing chickens. There were 3,500 players, 375 teams, 8 Game Producers, 60 actors, 10 assistants, and about 3,092,304 moving parts. And after all the dancing, singing, and letting loose, one team was crowned King.
