Sand Squad
Sun and fun!
Where collaboration meets sandcastles, and nobody cares about conference calls. Teams get hands-on as they transform a blank stretch of beach into clever, unexpected, or downright hilarious sand sculptures. It’s a challenge that’s equal parts artistry and collaboration, with plenty of laughs along the way. Whether your team is brainstorming strategies or experimenting with creative techniques, this experience is full of surprises. Perfect as a standalone event or as part of a larger “lawn games” day, watch your group bond over buckets, shovels, and team-building triumphs.

What Makes It Special
Let us lead your team in the most epic Sand Castle Building competition this side of the ocean.
Think Big, Build Bold
Sand Squad invites teams to trade their usual work tools for buckets and shovels. Groups collaborate to design and build creative sand sculptures that range from impressive to hilariously unexpected. The challenge encourages imagination while bringing out the hidden creativity within the team.
Buckets, Shovels, and Big Ideas
Teams transform a stretch of beach into their creative playground. With simple tools and big ideas, participants experiment with techniques, shapes, and storytelling through sand. The process is collaborative, energetic, and full of surprises.
Memories That Last Longer Than the Tide
Sand Squad is about more than the final sculpture. The shared laughs, teamwork, and unexpected breakthroughs create memories that stick long after the sand is gone. Teams leave with stronger connections, inside jokes, and the satisfaction of building something together.
