I chose to host a small team event with The Go Game and it was a blast! With team events, I'm always trying to find a super interactive experience without being too cheesy. The Go Game's production hit it right on the spot. To start, the booking and payment system is incredibly straightforward and easy. I booked a consultative call with them and they were incredibly responsive, prepared with helpful materials, and a pleasure to work with. I initially wanted to book their escape room experience, but after explaining what I was targeting, they recommended their virtual game show. Following payment and finalizing the schedule, they send over a dashboard that allowed me to see details about my upcoming event, answer some questions to help them prepare for the game show, and also view photos afterwards. In the day of our virtual game show, we had Bonnie Rose as our host and we had such a great time. Bonnie was engaging, hilarious, and kept the energy up, which can often be difficult to do in a completely virtual setting. The different activities and trivia questions were entertaining and thoughtfully designed to get teams more familiar with one another. In general, I was really impressed with their tech - logging into their platform required no downloading and everything transitioned so seamlessly with a click of the button. I 100% would choose The Go Game again for my next team bonding event!

Dave was great to talk with and get us started. Courtney was absolutely phenomenal! From our meetings leading up to our event and her prep before and everything during our event. She was absolutely amazing and received compliments from our CEO and CFO in a company that's 4k+ employees.

It was fun, interactive and really pulled people out of their shell. It prompted us to talk about things other than work and get to know our colleagues on a new level in the most positive way.

Planning team building in Princeton

The practical details to settle before your team arrives.

How long does a team building event in Princeton last?

The scavenger hunt itself typically lasts 90 minutes. Plan on up to 3 hours for the full experience, including the kickoff and awards show afterward. Game Shows run for 90 minutes. Tell us about your meeting schedule or dinner plans so we can help the fun fit your day.

What group sizes can you accommodate in Princeton?

The practical minimum is usually 8 people or at least two teams, depending on the game. We also plan events for hundreds of guests and larger conferences. Share your expected headcount so we can confirm the right format, venue capacity, team sizes, and staffing.

How much walking is involved, and can the event be adapted?

For a Princeton event near an office or campus, confirm the actual game area and permissions before choosing the route. Tell us your comfortable walking range and any need for seated activities. Keep the kickoff and finale locations coordinated with your group's office or meeting schedule.

Can you help us find and secure a venue?

Yes. If you would like help with the location, our venue coordinator can help you find and secure a venue that suits your group and event. Venue coordination is optional, so you can also use your own office, hotel, or meeting space. We will confirm the venue arrangements and any associated costs with you.

What happens if the weather changes?

If rain is in the forecast, we can switch your scavenger hunt to a 90-minute indoor Game Show with enough advance notice to secure a suitable venue and arrange the change. Our venue coordinator can help find and secure that space if you choose. Talk with your producer early to confirm availability, timing, and any changes to your package.

What does The Go Game handle, and what does our team arrange?

We help you choose the game and location, prepare the game content, and coordinate the event plan. With an on-site host, we lead the kickoff and awards show; self-hosted packages give your organizer a different role. You share your headcount, schedule, access needs, and company content. If you choose, our venue coordinator can also help you find and secure a venue. Your proposal confirms the hosting, venue arrangements, food and drinks, AV, prizes, and custom additions included in your event.
