Some kickoffs feel like a lecture with free snacks. Apryse’s was not one of them. They wanted energy, connection, and a few big laughs and that’s exactly what they got.

We rolled out The Go Game’s International Game Show experience, a fast-paced, high-energy adventure designed to get teams moving, talking, and discovering things about each other they didn’t even know. 130 sales reps split into 12 cross-regional teams instantly turned the room into a buzzing hub of strategy, cheers, and friendly rivalry. Quiet colleagues revealed secret trivia skills. Outgoing reps channeled their inner game-show host. Everyone had a moment to shine.

The games were clever, competitive, and full of surprises. Rapid-fire trivia tested speed and knowledge. Team challenges demanded creativity and communication. Lighthearted problem-solving kept everyone engaged. Laughter was the constant soundtrack, but make no mistake—this was about real teamwork, skill-building, and showing off those hidden strengths. No slides, no lectures, no awkward icebreakers—just smart, silly, collaborative fun that actually mattered.

Then came the grand finale: Cookie Face. Twelve finalists, cookies on foreheads, hands behind backs. The goal? Get the cookie into your mouth before anyone else. The crowd erupted, chants filled the room, and laughter became contagious. By the end, 130 reps from around the world were bonded, energized, and maybe just a little sticky.
