Season of Interns

MIN READ

Does your office hire summer interns?  Then you’re probably already thinking about how to onboard them, bond with them, and make them feel welcome in your workspace. Feeling appreciated and part of a team greatly improves an intern’s experience, and is especially important if you hope to hire any interns after the summer.

Let us help you convince your interns that your company is where they want to launch their career.  Playing together is a great way to show your company is serious about both work and fun, and will help them envision how they’ll feel at home working with your team.

Here are some ways to make time for play this summer:

Our Classic Game is a great way to familiarize new interns with the area around your office using our smartphone scavenger hunt on steroids. We can also customize your game to include on-boarding and company information as a combination learning tool and epic event.

Host a “Field Day” event with Lawn Games and get different teams to compete in obstacle courses, tug-o-war, and potato sack races. Match interns against with seasoned staff or place different departments in direct competition. (We find sales and marketing interns are particularly competitive and have also seen HR defeat everyone in Zorb soccer…)

-At the end of the summer, celebrate your intern team. Have them create short films with our Movie Games or a music video with our Lip Dub offering. It’s a fun last hurrah that they’ll want to watch over and over again as a great memento of their summer experience.

Whether you’re hiring 10 interns or 1000, our team can help you choose the right event.  And yes, we travel internationally. (Get it?!)
