Why I love working at The Go Game?

I have one of the best seats in the house. Whether I'm facilitating conversations with executives, hosting a game show, or hyping up fans before the Super Bowl, I get to witness my favorite moment: when a room transforms. People loosen up. Friendly rivalries are born. The person who swore they "weren't playing" somehow ends up leading the victory dance. I love creating experiences where people get to forget about job titles, let their guard down, and just have fun. Before long, coworkers, conference attendees, and complete strangers are laughing like old friends. Part facilitator, part performer, part strategist, I create experiences that feel effortless, inclusive, and packed with joyful competition. The games are just the vehicle. The real magic is watching people leave with inside jokes, new friendships, and stories they'll still be telling long after the event is over. Because people rarely remember every trivia question or scavenger hunt clue. They remember how they felt. Getting to create that feeling is my favorite part of the job.
