A global summit brings colleagues into the same city. Electronic Arts wanted its time together to help them mix, play and connect. On October 20, 2026, The Go Game brought lawn games and a mini golf tournament together at Stagecoach Greens in San Francisco, using BC2 to run the two formats as one event.
The event was planned for 180 to 190 participants. The completed game records show 20 teams, each visiting both activity zones.
Two formats, one shared experience
The producer brief set out a simple plan: half the group would begin with mini golf while the other half played lawn games, then the groups would switch. The goal was to help attendees intermingle within their teams and with one another. The lawn-game brief included cornhole, giant Jenga and giant Connect 4, alongside room for creative challenges or trivia.
That variety gave the summit a change of pace. Teams could move from the putting course to a different set of shared challenges without leaving the larger event behind. Seth Felix led the onsite production.
The technology that connected the afternoon
BC2’s conference setup linked the lawn games and mini golf as two zones within a single event. A shared event clock and host-controlled zone moves gave the producer one place to manage the transition. The host could initiate a swap while teams finished their current step, then continued into their next zone.
The completed event records show one zone swap, and all 20 teams visited both zones. Shared introductory activities connected the experience across zones, while a combined scoreboard brought the teams back into one competition. The technology handled the movement between formats so the event could keep its focus on people playing together.
One finish, with moments to share
The final combined leaderboard placed The Hottest Ones first with 868 points. The event’s shared gallery collected team photos and activity moments from across the afternoon, giving attendees a way to revisit both sides of the experience.
Afterward, the organizer reported that the team had nothing but positive things to say about the event. For a summit designed around bringing people together, the combination offered a practical format: split the group between two activities, switch them with the host’s guidance, and finish with one shared result.
