Sage Bionetworks Brings Some Fun to Their All Staff with a Game Show

For their annual All Staff meetings, where they bring all teams together in person, Sage Bionetworks wanted to bring a bit of fun to the week (as the rest of it is work and sitting in conference rooms all day).  They had also recently brought a new CEO on board, and some of the team members hadn't had an opportunity to meet in person yet, so they wanted to provide an informal and effortless way for their teams to connect. Their company is made up of 9 teams (each with a different discipline), and they scrambled them all up so that people could get to know people they don't always interact with. Data scientists make up the majority of their staff, so we had to be mindful with the challenges and trivia questions we compiled to keep the players all on their toes. The result: everyone had an amazing time, and they already want to book us again for their next event.
