Through these experiences, people of different races, abilities, ages, genders, religion, sexual orientation, and other diverse backgrounds not only will feel more comfortable, but also more confident in the workplace.
We Keep Things Interesting
In our 20+ years of creating team-building events, we have mastered how to keep people engaged and inspired throughout each experience. Every DEI activity has a series of mini-games, so your teams will move from trivia to charades, and everything in between, to keep everyone alert, active, and having fun.
We Keep Our
Content Fresh
In addition to constantly adding new experiences to our roster, we consistently go back and modify our existing experiences to incorporate new mini-games, new relevant trivia and content, and other features to keep our customers coming back year after year.

FROM LEADERSHIP RETREAT TO LASTING CONNECTION: LOMA LINDA UNIVERSITY KEEPS COMING BACK FOR MORE
When it comes to team building, one great event is memorable. A team that comes back again and again? That is something more.
At Loma Linda University, The Go Game has become a trusted part of how they bring their people together. Over the years, they have partnered with us across multiple events, each time choosing a new experience, each time raising the bar.
This time, it was their leadership retreat.
THE CHALLENGE
Bringing together leaders from across departments in a way that actually feels engaging.
Not another meeting. Not another passive presentation. Something that gets people interacting, laughing, and connecting beyond their usual circles. Because when teams are siloed, even strong organizations can feel disconnected.
We delivered a high energy, fully interactive Go Game experience designed to get people moving, collaborating, and stepping outside their day to day roles. From creative missions like Finger Movie to physical challenges like Laser Maze, the experience blended quick thinking, teamwork, and just enough playful chaos to keep everyone locked in.
But what really made it land was the facilitation.
Led by our Game Producer Jo Beth, the experience went beyond just a game and became something the team shared. Improvisation, crowd participation, and spontaneous humor kept the atmosphere light and dynamic. Attendees were not just playing, they were part of it. From voicing over creative challenges to reacting in real time, the room stayed fully engaged from start to finish.
THE IMPACT
The result was exactly what the retreat needed.
✔️ Cross department interaction that felt natural, not forced
✔️ High participation across the entire group
✔️ A shared experience that people genuinely enjoyed
As one attendee put it:
“You were able to get our team members interacting with different departments and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Jo Beth is a wonderful host and we so appreciated her orchestration of this activity.”
And beyond the moment itself, something even more valuable:
Advocacy.
This client has become a consistent internal champion for The Go Game, continuing to bring us back and share the impact with others across the organization.
WHY IT WORKS
Some teams try team building once. Others build it into how they operate.
Loma Linda University is the second kind.
Each event is not just a repeat. It is a progression. A new format, a new experience, a new way to bring their people together. And each time, the outcome is the same.
More connection.
More energy.
Stronger teams.
THE TAKEAWAY
The best team building is not a one off. It is something you build on. When you create experiences people actually enjoy, they come back. They advocate. They bring others in. And over time, those moments add up to something bigger than a single event.
They shape culture.
READY TO BUILD YOUR NEXT MOMENT?
Whether it is a leadership retreat, a company wide event, or your next team reset, we will bring the experience that gets people out of their silos and into something shared.
You bring the team. We will make it something they will talk about long after it is over.
