For in-person events, The Go Game staff will follow local guidelines and recommendations for Covid 19 safety. In order to keep our staff and all participants safe and healthy, we expect our clients to do the same.
Ending Venue
For the Adventure experience, the Client secures the ending venue location and coordinates the availability of food/beverages (if any). The Client agrees to coordinate with The Go Game to ensure the ending venue meets The Go Game requirements for final presentation, including AV requirements such as a screen, speakers, and microphones. Please note that amplified sound including music and special effects are part of the final presentation and the ending venue should approve of such entertainment. Client is responsible for submitting payment for food/beverages including tax and gratuity.
Audio Visual (AV) Equipment
For in-person events with an Onsite Host 100 or more participants, the client is required to provide all necessary AV equipment. If The Go Game staff will not be onsite, the client is responsible for all AV, no matter how many guests are present.
Venue Access
If, at the request of the client, the game will be played on private property, such as a hotel, convention hall or mall, The Client agrees to obtain necessary permission to allow for the game to occur on such private property. The Client will inform The Go Game of any areas that are off limits to the hunt 2 weeks prior to the Event Date. Client is responsible for any costs associated with permits and/or entrance fees required by the venue.
Customization
The standard customization of the Adventure experience is limited to 5 – 6 Trivia Missions and two additional missions that we will incorporate into the game (2 Creative Missions or 1 Creative and 1 Actor Mission – if Actor missions are included in the game). If alcohol is requested to be included in any customization, the Client is responsible for any associated costs.

Any other additional participant roles will be billed at $150/role.
