Event Manager

The Event Manager team is responsible for producing world class online events and games. This is a small, tight knit, highly talented team. Everyone on this team is a product expert with attention to detail. Event managers work extremely closely with one another, are collaborative, supportive, and hold each other to account while also demonstrating a high level of personal and professional integrity. As part of the Games Department, the Event Managers report directly to the Director of Games.

The Event Manager role has a wide range of responsibilities, including; meeting diverse company teams online in our custom online game platform, producing custom game experiences for up to 1500 players; managing a ‘pod’ of part time, contractor Hosts and doing QA on their Game Production; testing, bug reports, and feature requests to improve our product; working closely with our Sales team in our CRM and Slack to ensure a great Customer Experience; hosting games throughout the week to stay up to date on the platform and best practices. Ultimately, you will produce and execute wildly entertaining, high-tech games for the poor, huddled, online masses; and sometimes they’ll give you a standing ovation because the game is that fun, and you're that awesome.
